Dilman Dila is a Ugandan writer, film maker, activist and photographer. He recently launched Lawino Magazine, an electronic magazine started by writers to promote writing from Africa. On Tuesday 23 November, he will be launching his collection of Sci-Fi stories, A Killing In The Sun at National Theatre at 5:30pm. Here is what we talked about:
